In order to respond to the dynamics of our daily business activities, we are looking for a motivated professional who knows how to combine their passion for sales with maintaining long-term relationships with the company's customers.

Responsibilities:

• Builds and maintains good relationships with the company's current business customers in order to increase sales and achieve commercial goals
• Renegotiates terms of client contracts in order to increase profitability
• Assists with customer inquiries by phone and e-mail; identifies new business opportunities with current customers
• Performs various analyses (market situation, demand, customer satisfaction) using data and information to strengthen our partnership with current customers
• Executes campaigns to increase company revenue, customer satisfaction, and customer retention

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in sales and/or portfolio management of clients via remote contact (phone, e-mail); B2B experience is considered an advantage
• Knowledge of the social benefits market will be considered an advantage
• Confident and persuasive in communication, with a strong motivation to achieve results
• Good skills in analyzing and managing a client portfolio
• Professional attitude, excellent planning and organization skills
